The easiest way to reach us is by car.
If you're travelling by public transport, the nearest stations are Sudbury (Suffolk) and Bury St Edmunds. From either station, you'll need to take a taxi to us, and we recommend pre-booking one in advance. If you'd like, we're happy to help arrange a taxi for your journey.
Please note that we're located at the end of a narrow country lane. If you're driving, we kindly ask that you take care and be considerate of other road users, including walkers, cyclists, and horse riders. You may occasionally need to reverse to allow oncoming traffic to pass.

Yes, there is ample parking available at the communal building and shop. If you have heavy luggage to take to your tent, our team will be happy to transport it for you.

Unfortunately, we’re unable to accommodate walk-ins. To ensure we can provide the best experience, all dining bookings must be made in advance.

We absolutely love welcoming families, but to preserve the peaceful and relaxed atmosphere of our accommodation and evening dining experience, these are reserved for guests aged 18 and over.
Children are, however, very welcome to join us for ARK Vineyard Lunch, where families can enjoy a leisurely meal together.

Yes, although all of our dining experiences are curated set menus, during the booking process, you'll be invited to share any allergies or dietary requirements so our team can cater for them accordingly.

If you've made a rental booking in error, we offer a full refund within 24 hours of purchase. After this period, cancellations will incur a charge equal to 30% of the booking value (the deposit amount).
For dining full amount is refundable up to 24 hours before the booking. After this time, cancellations or no shows will incur a charge equal to 30% deposit.
If you'd like to move your booking to a different weekend, please contact us at bookings@jordprojects.com and we'll do our best to accommodate your request.

While we love animals, we're unable to accommodate pets during overnight stay experiences, with the exception of registered assistance dogs.
This policy helps us protect the local wildlife and preserve the peaceful natural environment that makes the vineyard so special.
If you're joining us for ARK Vineyard Lunch, well-behaved dogs on leads are very welcome to accompany you.

However, should you need to get online, complimentary Wi-Fi is available in the restaurant and Ark Wines shop. Simply ask a member of the team and they'll be happy to help you connect.
